This is my first ever race.  I am doing this with someone very special in mind - my cousin Laura.  She is 24 years old and going through treatment for lung cancer which has spread to her spine and brain.  She has always remained positive and determined during the most challenging times so this is an opportunity for me to do something and raise some money for a great charity.  Laura is in the photo on my page with her cat Hendrix.
