We pioneer life-saving cancer research to help us beat cancer

Story

Emily and I are running, yes, running the Race for Life this year at Tatton Park this Sunday. Emily is now 5 months old and quite looking forward to the buggy ride. Of course Muggins Mum! will be doing all the running, but it's all for a good cause. So PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE dig deep and sponsor us. Sponsoring us online is quick, easy and totally secure. We don't mind pounds, dollars or any other currency! If I can run a race 5 months after giving birth, then the least you can do is sponsor me a fiver or a tenner.

Sadly, cancer affects many lives and as some of you know, I lost my aunt to breast cancer five years ago. I will be running in memory of her and as much for my daughter that the research and discoveries to come will be such that she need have no fear of this ugly disease.

Events like Race for Life are vital in funding Cancer Research UK’s life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer. By sponsoring me now you can help more people survive cancer.

Gift Aid it!

If you are a UK taxpayer, please remember to tick the Gift Aid box when donating so that an extra 25%, plus a 3% supplement, can be added to your gift at no cost to you.

Every pound you donate really does make a difference – so please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support – Together we will beat cancer.
