"As anyone who works with me now will know, we have recently lost a very good friend to cancer, he was loved by all and will be greatly missed.

we also have a friend who has just started her chemotherapy for Breast Cancer, she is only 35 and has a 1 year old son

When I was 10 my friend lost his mum to breast cancer, she was an amaising woman, kind and loving and was greatly missed.

Ive also lost my Grandma to cancer, and both my Grandads were diagnosed with a form of cancer prior to their deaths.

Im running the race for life for all these people and for every other cancer patitent and their relatives.

Everyone has been touched by cancer, I hope that by running this race and raising money we can move one step further to beating it."
