Story
Yay you're here!!
Thanks for taking a minute to visit my page and listen to my story...
As some of you may know, I lost my amazing Dad (Alan Bingham) to cancer in 1998 at the young age of 48. He was a truly incredible person, adored and respected by everyone lucky enough to meet him. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he would always be on hand with a smile or a daft joke to make things better. Think the expression "daddys girl" suits me perfectly....
Sadly I was just 14yrs old when tragedy struck - only a year after Dad was diagnosed - and I lost my way. I couldn't understand how life would move on; he was too special and it wasn't fair. But with the love and support of our family and friends, my brother Nathan, sister Claire and beautiful Mum managed to pick ourselves up and carry on somehow.
Over the years I have raised money for Cancer Research and Macmillian Cancer Support by organising sponsored walks and taking part in charity events. The atmosphere is truly incredible and I have always been overwhelmed by people's generosity. So now the sneaks are back on and I'm ready to do it all over again!!
Please dig deep into the pocket fluff and spare those few pennies - the work it pays for is so valuable and will keep families together for longer. We can't put a price on life...
Love, hugs and all that jazz!!
