I am running this year in memory of two fantastic loving women who both sadly lost their lives after a hard struggle against cancer.

Auntie von was a strong loud woman who would never admit anything was wrong and kept strong right to the end. She had one daughter Amy and was so proud when she became a gandmother in 2010 and was looking forward to spoiling them both in the years to come, unfortunately she was diagnosied with lung cancer shortly after her grandaughter was born and dispite keeping storng and fighting hard she passed away in september 2010 only ten weeks after diagnosis. she is greatly miss by all her family and friends and i personally cant thank her enough for all that she did for me in my life xxx

Graemes Auntie Murdina was also a very strong woman she had two children and two grandchildren, unfortunately she lost one of her children in a car crash in 2008. she was diagnosed with breast cancer and dispite surgery and treatment she lost her life in early 2010. I only met her once but have been told many stories about her and she was a force of a woman xx
