Hi everyone, my names Sarah and as you can see im taking part in the race for life on the 10th July, in Lincoln.

Im not much of a runner, actully if im honest im a lazy sod and the only excercise i think i ever do is lifting a chocolate bar to my mouth and back down again. But me and my big sis Tracey are doing this run in memory of our much loved and sadly missed dad Paul Otto.

Our dad unfortunatly lost his battle with cancer on the 29th november 2010, at only 57. He fought for months to beat this ugly disease. He always stayed upbeat and never lost his sense of humour. But it just got to much for him and he sadly had nothing left to fight with.

Everyone out there as been affected by cancer in one way or another. So help me rasie some money so that other people in the furture dont have to go through the pain and suffering that cancer brings... So come on people dig deep! every little helps, whether its 50p or £50 every amount makes a differce!!
