Why am I doing this?

Purely because a friend of mine lost her father suddenly this year and I'm going to do the walk with her.  He was having chemo when an infection took hold of his body and he couldn't fight it.

I think everyone knows someone who has had cancer or who is battling it now.  I'd love to see cancer eradicated one day and it's only by more funding for research that this can happen...unless God decides in His wisdom to miraculously eradicate it.
