Thanks for visiting our sponsorship page. This will be our third Race for Life which we started in memory of our beautiful friend Claire - she was phenomenal and taken from us far too soon. None of us are what you would call runners but we do the race for Claire and others dear to us.  

Please sponsor us in memory of Claire and wee Granny (Joan) Bird, Billy O'Rourke, Sue Hurrell, David Jarron and so many others - whom there are unfortunately too many to name individually. 

We also do this to celebrate those who have been through the horror of having cancer and have come out the other side - and for those who are currently fightIng it. 

Events like Race for Life are vital in funding Cancer Research UK's life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer. By sponsoring me, we can unite and create a force that cancer can't ignore.
