Those that know me will say  its that time again! And my reply to that is 'I told you I want to save the world, this is another attempt'.

Thanks to all that have supported me previously with the run, the 24hr famine and the sponsored silence. Its time to dig a little bit deeper again.

Cancer is something that has touched a lot of us in different ways...maybe its a friend, a relative, a neighbour, a work colleague.

I am going to be running the 5km in memory of my aunty that died of breast cancer leaving two teenage children behind.

I know i've left it late but I hope I can count on you guys to support me.
