Hi

Thank you first of all for taking the time to visit my page. It's for an amazing cause and it feels like its the least we can do to help fight this cruel disease.

The girls and I did the race for life last year and raised approx £1500 altogether as a group. This was a awesome achievement and we are all so proud of the effort that was put into this.

However, this year there seems to be more of an insentive to do better... and this is because of a recent diagnosis that has been made to an extremely important family in my life.

This is something that should never destroy anybody but to have it happen to such a beautiful, kind and generous family makes it so much harder to comprehend. The wishful thinking part is wanting to take the pain away and make it all go away but unfortunately this is not reality. This feels like the only way I can help.

I dedicate this 'Race for Life' to you and your family. I love you all with all my heart.
