I was 39 when I was told I had breast cancer, that was14yrs ago:-) In those precious years, I've watched my daughter get married and have been given the chance to meet my 5 beautiful grandchildren. Without Cancer Research I would have not been here to see my daughter qualify as a vet nurse, help her choose her wedding dress and see her become a mum. Not only do I owe Cancer Research for those 14yrs (+hopefully a few more!) but for all the wonderful memories I have, I know I’m one of the lucky ones and hopefully there will be a lots more of us!!!!!!!! :-)
