As you may know, I've suddenly developed a liking for running!  And I thought I'd do something useful to channel this and take part in the Race for Life - hopefully raising money for an extremely worthy cause at the same time.

I really want to complete the 5k in under 30 minutes - it's taking place at South Weald country park so a few hills will be in my way!
