Hey all :-)

Firstly a massive thankyou for taking your time to look at my page! As most of you know ive decided to run the race for life in newcastle this year on Sunday 10th of July, in memory of my beautiful grandparents who both sadly died of cancer. Joan Simmons passed on Oct 26th 2009 and William Simmons passed April 4th 2011. Although they have sadly passed both of their spirits will live on. Because both of these beautiful people did so much for me i want to prove myself and try and give something back to cancer research uk!

Although the run is small, the commitment is huge. I will have to start training real soon! I will really have to motivate myself and not just go to the gym to buy a salad and thinking ive done well for myself and go home!
