I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in May 2007 and after having 8 rounds of Chemotherapy, a bilateral mastectomy and 15 sessions of radiotherapy I thought I had beat it.

In April 2009 I was diagnosed with Secondries to the bone.  Immediately i was given more radiotherapy and put on different treatment. In August 2009 due to a vertebrae collapsing i had emergency surgery to my spine but  in Nov 09 I found out that the treatment wasn;t working and had further spread to my nodes in my neck and liver. 

I am now on my 3rd lot of chemo in 3yrs but am determined to still do the Race For Life.
