Time for the sisters to brush off their running shoes yet again .....

Unbelievably, another year passes without our wonderful Mum and every day a piece of our lives is missing.  Wishing for one more day to tell her just how much she is still loved and wanting to share all the memories that we are creating in her honour.

She was, and will remain, a incredible woman - beautiful, strong, loving, caring, funny, clever, sensitive - a fantastic mother to Kelly and I, and doting grandmother to our children.  She was an icon to all those who knew her.

Kelly and I will run the RFL together again this year in her honour - a small nod of thanks for the time she gave to us, particularly those times she endured when she was poorly.

This time we are tackling it by double our efforts and the distance - 10K no less - are we mad; quite possibly!!

Every time we run, we smile knowing that she would be proud of us and laugh as she would laugh too, at our complaints of tiredness. 

When we finish there will be tears again because we can't share our small victory with her - but we know she is there in spirit.
