Once again I am running in the Race for Life on Father's Day, in memory of Maarten who was a fantastic Father to our sons Jacob and Zach. He lost his fight against cancer nearly 4 years ago when he was 40 years old. It's great to be able to do something positive, and I'm trying to run the 5k nearer to 25 minutes this year and beat last year's time. Please give me some incentive!!
