Well folks if you know me, most of you will know that I am not terribly fit however in memory of my great friend Nell who meant the world to me I am going to make a big effort and run this 5k.  Me along with a few friends and colleagues are going to run the 5k for Race for Life in Inverness to raise much needed funds for Cancer Research.  Every one of us is affected in some way or another.  Poor Nell lost her battle however there are a few close friends out there battling it as I type.  So please please pleae everyone dig deep.
