Story
Thanks for visiting my Race for Life sponsorship page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online – it’s quick, easy and totally secure.
Cancer is a disease which has affected generations of my family,the most recently affected being my mum, who was diagnosed with breast cancer last year.
Thankfully, after undergoing numerous invasive, painful and generally horrible proceedures and treatments she was given the all-clear last Winter. Watching my my mum fighting on through the endless chemotherapy and Radiotherapy treatments; getting on with everyday life and doing things she probably shouldn't have been doing has been an inspiration. Throughout she remained dignified and carried on as normal despite what must have been a terrifying ordeal.
If you've ever met my mum you'll know she's the most kind, generous and good-hearted person, and doing Race for Life for her and the numerous other members of my family to be affected by Cancer is just a little something i can do for them and to help raise money to help others at present and in the future.
