Events like Race for Life are vital in funding Cancer Research UK’s life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer. Three years ago I ran the Cardiff 5k Race for Life in memory of my nan. This year I'll be running 10k on Saturday 2nd July in support of my dad who was diagnosed with cancer a few months ago.
