Inspired by my mum - Susan Ward - to get fit, healthy and live each day to the full!

Last time I ran Race for Life was to celebrate my mum beating cancer - or so we thought... it came back in December 2012 and my mum lost her battle with cancer in March 2013. Those last few months with her were very special - even with a terminal disease she lived life to the full and we shared so many special moments filled with fun & laughter along with the tears & the pain.

I could only walk the race last time I took part - this time I aim to run all the way!!
