Thankyou for visiting my race for life page. I am entering this race in loving memory of one of my closest friend's father who past away this month, but will never be a victim! And in support of my uncle george, and neighbour, who are both fighting cancer and staying strong, and another of my closest friend's mother who is now in remission thanks to her inner strength, fighting spirit and the treatments available.

When i used to hear those adverts that said 1 in 3 people would be effected by cancer in their lives i never used to believe it. Now i know better. Please support me and give whatever you can so that we can support the research effort and help find cures.

Please don't be intimidated by the suggested donations that come up. You can enter your own amount in the box so don't feel you have to give more than you can afford. Every penny counts and im gratefull for all donations, no matter how small!!!
