After completing the 5k I have decided to push the boat out and do the 10k at Epping Forest.  The reason I changed location is that Epping scares me as I know that there are ghosts living there; so that should make me run that little bit faster! LOL!

 

Georgia has now decided to take the plunge and is now doing the 10k with me!  I am so proud of you, Georgia!

 

We are doing this for my wonderful aunt, Carole, because we love her very much and she is the strongest woman that we know.
