I lost my wonderful youngest sister Sally two years ago when she was only 46 years old, leaving two teenage children. She had a rare form of cancer called G.I.S.T. (Gastro Intestinal Stromal Tumour) which needs much more research in order to help save lives.

Six months later the kids lost their Dad to cancer as well.

We need to find new ways of detecting and successfully treating these terrible illnesses to avoid such devastating losses of life.
