I will be "running" again this year with Phoebe, to raise money in memory of Linda Simpson, my mother-in-law and Phoebe's Nanny Linda, as we always do.  We lost her in 2006, aged only 55.

But there are others to mention too: Lee's uncle Gordon's wife Kathy who was also taken before her time and little Hannah, who was so brave for so long. 

And for those who have survived:  my lovely mum Helen who battled and won over 20 years ago and my uncle John and our friend Roger who beat it more recently. 

And for all those people that we don't know - keep fighting.
