My flatmate and I are going to do Race 4 Life on Hampstead Heath on 11 june. I'm not exactly the fittest person so any encouragement will be excellant! For those of you who know I lost my grandma, Olwen Brook, at the beginning of the year to cancer so I'm doing this in her memory and to help stop other people having to go through the same thing.
