I am abseiling down the side of the Chelsea & Westminster Hospital on Thursday the 25th May in order to raise awareness and funds for CW+ - the charity arm of the Hospital.

I confess that I am terrified of heights; but then feel assured and secure in the knowledge that I couldn't have abseiled down a more appropriate building in case of need.

So please support me in this moment of madness to raise lots of funds for the best hospital.
