We support people across Scotland to have better mental health and wellbeing.

Story

This year I am running the Yorkshire Marathon, as well as doing a few other things, in aid of the Scottish Association for Mental Health.  They do a power of work, so as well as raising funds, I want to start conversations about mental health and help remove the stigma around talking about our feelings - especially among men.

A Scotsman running York might not be a great idea.  Local legend is that they are allowed to shoot Scotsmen on a Sunday with a bow and arrow.  I'd best run fast.
