Way back in 2010, aged 47 I was diagnosed with Grade 3 Stage 3 breast cancer.  Now, in 2023 I have just turned 60 and am still NED.  I have volunteered with Breast Cancer Now (formerly Breast Cancer Care) to help support other people who hear those terrible words 'I'm sorry it's cancer.'

Over the years, I have made many great friends and, sadly, have had to say farwell to too many of them.  Research and Support go hand in hand, and I'm proud to walk in a daft outfit for such a great cause.
