Over the years we've had the honour of working with the MOD on a number of projects and we really wanted to give something back to those who served in the Armed Forces, the Emergency Services and their families who are dealing everyday with the aftermath of PTSD, depression and anxiety and have fallen through the net.

So a team of us have entered Soldier30:30 - a high endurance event where teams are required to complete a cross-country course of 30 miles with each team member carrying 30lb in weight across Exmoor on Saturday 12th October.

Our target of £1000 will go to supporting FirstLight Trust an amazing charity whose purpose is to help veterans with crippling depression and anxiety adjust to civilian life with support including housing, food, training, debt, volunteer working, rehabilitation and support for drug and alcohol problems.  https://www.firstlighttrust.co.uk/
