ResourceBank are taking on our own challenge to #backtheboat and support Team Elijah's Star who are rowing 3,000 miles across the Atlantic in support of Action Medical Research.  

ResourceBank employees are undertaking a 24 hour 'Rowathon', rowing day and night on rowing machines to support Team Elijah's Star's efforts to raise money for Action Medical Research.

Action Medical research care for babies born too soon, shining a spotlight on the impact premature birth has on babies and their families and to help fund more research that can save lives. The team have taken their name from baby Elijah, a premature but much-loved son and brother, who sadly lived for just 37 days.10% of all births are premature and globally, its the biggest killer of children under 5. Its too many. Far too many. Action Medical Research is committed to fighting for children's lives, finding answers that can lead to medical breakthroughs for some of the toughest fights our children face.
