Story

We’re the Research Team at Diabetes UK and this October, we’re running the Royal Parks Half Marathon in support of Diabetes UK.

We’ve all seen first-hand what a huge difference Diabetes UK’s research funding can make for people living with all types of diabetes. From taking one step closer to making the artificial pancreas a reality to putting Type 2 diabetes into remission, we have made amazing progress. But with more lives to change than ever before, we want to do more.

So here we are! None of us have attempted a 5k event before, never mind a half marathon, so this is a real challenge for the whole team.

We’d love it if you were able to support us, donate, and help us get across the finish line knowing that we are able to fund more life-changing research to improve the lives of people living with diabetes, now and in the future.

Thank you.
