The 100,000 rep challenge is going to be tough. There will be blood sweat and tears.
I had a baby 7 months ago and I broke my spine 18 months ago so all in all it’s a hefty challenge to take on.
I’ll be doing 500 reps a day for 200 days.
Squats, barbell work, dumbbells you name it I’m doing it! Even Christmas Day!!
