This is so important to me and all of my family because we recently lost our beautiful Nana/Mum/Mother-in-law to heart failure. It is crucial that we raise money for the British Heart Foundation so that people with heart conditions can do something about it. By supporting the British Heart Foundation, we can raise money so that heart conditions can be recognised before they become life-threatening. Nana always said 'remember your roots'. Family truly is the most important thing and we will never forget how wonderful she was in every way.
