We have lost our beautiful daughter Lauren, aged 19, to Meningococcal Septicaemia. It was so quick and brutal. It appeared as a normal virus, until it was too late. She took ill on the Saturday evening, and died the next day. She was an A* student, reading History at UCL. She was also funny, kind and very popular  I have discovered, shown by the outpouring of grief by many people. She had so much life to live and we would like to try and help support the fight against this deadly disease.  Love you and miss you forever Lauren, Mum, Dad, brother James and sister Olivia xxx
