Hey guys,

As most of you know, we recently said goodbye to a beautiful boyfriend, son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, grandson, friend....the list of what he meant to people goes on. We all loved him so so much!
James used to wind me up for signing up for Tough Mudder so I figured some good should come of the torture of putting myself through this, (while he looks down having a giggle at me.)

I would love to raise money for SAMH but mostly to raise awareness of suicide and how to prevent it, all in James' memory. If you want some info then have a wee look here http://www.samh.org.uk/ .
