The funeral will take place at 2.30pm on Monday 19th December @ Mortlake Crematorium Kew Meadow Path, Townmead Road, Richmond TW9 4EN
Afterwards we will celebrate the life of Jamie at The Hogarth Health Club from around 4.00pm , one of Jamie’s favourite places.
