Hi Everyone,

We sadly lost my darling Dad Ian, aka Pops on 12th April 2020, after a hard-fought battle against Covid-19. He was a true warrior.

An adored and hugely loved husband, father, grandpa and friend, he was known for his mischievous nature, heart of pure gold, and the fact that he would jump to help anyone he could whenever they needed a hand....particularly if it involved his excellent DIY skills!

Pops was an absolute believer in still being able to help others once he had gone; a registered organ donor, he had wanted his body to be donated to science and medical research - anything to help other people stand a better chance of surviving their own battles down the line. Unfortunately due to the cruel nature of the virus that took him from us too soon, this is not possible. 

We would therefore like to be able to continue to help others in a cause also very close to Dad's heart, as both him AND his beloved wife / "Weetie" Betty were bowel cancer survivors. Anything you could spare towards this charity, in Dad's words, can help people "fight, fight, fight!" against the second biggest cancer killer.
