Our beloved mum and wife Hazel sadly passed away on 7th May following a long illness with COPD. Her funeral has been arranged for Wednesday 3rd June at 1pm at Countesthorpe Crematorium for immediate family only, given the sad but necessary current restrictions in place. The service will also be relayed through a PA outside the crematorium chapel for others who wish to pay their respects. There will be no formal dress code.

We would like to request that people do not bring flowers. Instead, we would welcome donations in memory of Hazel for the children's charity Amy and Friends. Amy herself passed away earlier this year and Hazel loved kids and followed Amy's journey closely. Throughout her long illness Hazel never moaned and always worried about and cared for others. Amy did the same and always had a smile on her face as do the other brave children with Cockayne Syndrome.
