Story

In October 2013, Eilish, our beautiful little girl was diagnosed with a Wilms Tumour, a kidney cancer. She spent the next 12 months fighting this and being amazingly brave but on 13th October 2014, Eilish passed away.

During her battle, Eilish underwent 2 surgeries, 5 chemotherapy regimes, radiotherapy, 7 CT Scans, a Bone scan, countless cannulas and had a hickman line (her wiggles).

Her Beads of Courage represent her journey. Every bead represents a medical event. Collecting the beads gave Eilish so much joy and reminds us now of how immensely brave she was.

The Beads of Courage programme is sponsored in the UK by Be Child Cancer Aware and we would like to raise enough money to sponsor and maintain the programme at Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge in Eilish's memory.

You can either donate directly on this page or follow a link to a specific event that a team member is doing and donate there. It all helps towards the total.

You can also donate by texting EILI54 £2 to 70070
