Everyone whose lives were touched by Andy remembers his infectious smile, warmth and humour. You could not spend time in his company without feeling better and uplifted in some way. He really was the most generous, giving and sharing person and readily gave of his time - both professionally and socially; shared his passions - a newly discovered restaurant, hotel, a book, play, article and gave of his enormous energy and encouragement to help others to achieve and experience life to the fullest.

The many people who were lucky enough to have spent time with Andy will know that raising money for and supporting many charities was a huge part of his life. It is difficult to quantify how many hundreds of thousands of pounds he helped raise over the years through marathon running, cycling, moustache-cultivation and event organisation.

It is in keeping with Andy's hugely generous, kind and positive legacy that we are inviting friends, colleagues, family and loved ones to make a donation in his memory to MIND, the charity closest to his heart.
