London to Paris Bike Ride · 20 July 2016

Our work can give the joy of independence, help people with disabilities reach their potential and achieve ambitions thought to be impossible. Our 900 skilled volunteers design and make or adapt equipment to do just the job our clients want it to do and everything is provided free of charge.

Story

Remap is a nationwide charity that solves problems for disabled people.  When it has not been possible to find a solution, families and healthcare professionals, such as Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists, turn to Remp for help.

The charity asked for volunteers to take part in a sponsored cycle challenge; to ride 327 miles from London to Paris, in four consecutive days - so I have volunteered.

I am a volunteer member of the Norfolk Central Panel and will be 62 when the challenge takes place. Please see http://remapchallenge2016.blogspot.co.uk for more information.
