Inspired by Marcus Rashford's campaign to provide free meals to families in need we wanted to show our support and that of the refereeing community.

This November we're asking you to run 6k, give £6 and nominate 6 of your refereeing colleagues to help raise money for this excellent organisation.

We hope the REF6k challenge will become an annual event, showcasing the power of the refereeing community for a worthy cause.
