My sister, her boyfriend and I are going to be running a half marathon at the start of October to raise money for a charity very close to our hearts. 

At the start of the year, we had signed up to run the Great Scottish Run (which was cancelled) and had said to my Gran that we were going to do it for the Beatson. She was chuffed with this, as the charity had been great with her battling breast cancer and more recently a neuroendocrine tumour. Since then, my Gran’s cancer sadly progressed quickly and unexpectedly she passed away in June. 

So now we will be running in memory of our amazing Gran who we miss so much. Any donations will be greatly appreciated.
