Red Nose Day is back on Friday 17 March so the teams at Roko will be taking on our very first Tour De Roko.  

Staff at each club will be cycling a distance 271.4 miles.  Our route will start at our club In Gillingham making a quick stop off at Chiswick before the longest leg of our trip up to off to Nottingham and then on to our final destination in York. 

We will be asking members to join us in the club to support and keep our staff motivated in completing this challenge.  Every mile cycled by our members will be will be added together to get to the members target of 271.4 miles.
