Red Nose Day is back on Friday 17 March and we are joining people across the nation to show that laughter has the power to change lives. At livfit training academy we are getting to work for a 24 hour challenge! In the Academy we will be keeping two assault bikes running from 7am on Friday 17th March until 7am on 18th March! Our members and coaching team are all getting involved alongside non members in the community chipping in to help out! If you can we would appreciate any donation to help is raise Money for such a worthy cause. Every single penny counts!!! However much you can spare, your donation will make a powerful difference to people here in the UK and around the world.
