Red Nose Day is back on Friday 17 March and I'm joining people across the nation to show that laughter has the power to change lives. We will be hosting a 'Silent Social' at our dance studio, with attendees being issued with LED headphones and choosing between Ballroom, Latin American or Pop music, then trying to dance it all at the same time! If you are unable to attend, or wish to contribute further, and however much you can spare, your donation will make a powerful difference to people here in the UK and around the world.
