Story

At LOROS we strive to deliver high-quality, compassionate care and support to terminally ill adult patients, their family and carers. Our brave team of Skydivers are aiming to raise over £20,000 in order to support the hospice. The funds will help us to run our 31-bed inpatient ward and facilitate our nurse led Day Therapy Unit. Each Skydiver has pledged to raise as much as they can for LOROS by taking a leap of faith from 14,000ft, if that's something that you wouldn't do then support them by hitting the donate button now. If you think its easy then sign up and join them!

Personally, I know alot of people who have, had, survived and fought cancer. I myself have had my own scares and checks - all clear thankfully.

I am doing this for all who have been touched by cancer, for all my loved ones, friends, family and patients. I am totally scared to bits, just like you all are and were when you were told you had cancer.

Jumping out of a plane is easy peasy compared to hearing those dreadful words and the war you have with the disease.

I salute all of you! Hope is everything...
