My third RED January and in 2020 I am even more focussed on growing my team. Why? Because the more of us who take part in RED January the more messages we spread about keeping mentally fit. And mental fitness goes hand in hand with being physically active.
I suffer from SAD and January is the worst month of the year for me. I can not imagine what it would be like to feel that low all year round, and so many do.
Please join me this year in being active every day in January. Join my team and commit to supporting MIND, with no pressure of how much to raise, this is as much about raising awareness as it is money.
