During January we (Jess, Ollie and George) are "aiming" to complete the REDJan challenge, which aims to get people out and about, completing a minimum of 30minutes exercise every day of Jan.
Suffolk Mind is a cause close to many of our hearts and for many varying reasons; within modern society our mental health is something which sits on the back-burner with us all *hoping* we won't suffer mental ill health, but the likelihood is, at some point in our lives we will. Every donation makes a difference and if the three of us can reach our targets and raise a little for Suffolk Mind along the way, then we will have somewhat contributed to combating Mental Health stigma!
Between us, we hope to collectively complete 550miles during January through Running and Cycling (we'll leave this to George).
