RED January 2020
As a sports enthusiast and ex-movement instructor, I was always actively pursuing my climbing or acroyoga and teaching. Plunging into full-time studies again makes me realise all the more how important regular movements help me maintain a healthy psychosocial balance, besides keeping fit. Regular movements regulate my metal/emotional wellbeing and friends always attest to my happy mood after! From a recent conversation with a friend who is volunteering at a Homeless Shelter, I thus decide to also jump onto the bandwagon and put in my share to help contribute to a cause I can relate and fully support.
So I hope everyone out there can help me raise funds as I do my daily exercises, supporting those with mental health issues pursue a fitter mental and physical being. I will aim to post daily pictures of various kinds of activities I may partake in - walking, running, gym sessions, pilates, yoga ... Looking forward to a collaborative effort from all!
